XCLW27642 X企业技术员工薪酬满意度研究 (字数:10135) 摘要 随着人才市场竞争日益加剧,越来越多的企业认识到企业技术人才是企业发展的的根本所在,而技术人才的频频流失原因大多数是因为对薪酬满意度不够高,他们往往受到外界令自己较高的薪酬满意度而吸引,要解决该问题就必须先了解员工,才能“对症下药”。 既然满意的薪酬是吸引、培养和留住人才的关键。那对企业人员薪酬满意度展开研究调查可以为企业制定或优化薪酬管理提供数据支撑,就可以帮助企业设计出更具有市场竞争力和吸引力的薪资管理,最后达到企业吸引和留住技术人才的目的。 本范文是基于公平理论,探查研究员工薪酬满意度的影响要素,分析研究发现的问题,提出有效解决问题对策,得出对理论和实践有价值的研究结论,有针对性地解决这些问题,希望能帮助国内企业的人力资源管理人员制定公平合理的薪酬政策和薪酬制度,有效提高企业技术员工的薪酬满意度,使企业技术员工对当前的薪酬满意度的一肯定,提高企业技术骨干工作的积极性和主动性,为企业留住技术骨干人才,使其能为公司竭尽所能的付出,从而为企业创造出更多价值和利润。 关键词:新酬满意度、薪酬政策、吸引力、竞争力 Abstract With the talent competition in the market, more and more enterprises realize the enterprise technical personnel is fundamental to the development of enterprises, and technical personnel are most frequently lost because of the pay satisfaction is not high enough, they tend to be outside to make their own high salary satisfaction and attraction, to solve this problem we must first understand the staff, can "an antidote against the disease.
