本文将民营企业工作分析方法与万和电器公司的具体实际相结合，运用优劣势分析法，详细的解析万和电器公司内外部环境、人力资源管理情况、人力资源架构情况，根据万和电器公司的具体实际，对工作分析方案进行设计并施行，为万和公司建立科学的、规范的、标准的人力资源管理制度，打下坚实的基础。
