范文编号:SW009 范文字数:9610,页数:23 摘 要:本范文研究了多种桑叶多糖提取的方法。对水浸法进行了正交实验,确定最佳实验条件为:料液比1:40,温度90℃,浸提时间2小时,pH为9.0。研究了微波预处理时间,反复冻融次数对桑叶多糖提取的影响。研究酶种类,酶用量,酶促时间对多糖得率的影响,研究超声波作用时间,作用温度,桑叶粉粒度对多糖得率的影响。 关键词:桑叶;多糖;提取方法 Research Ways of Extraction of The Polysaccharides In Mmulberry Abstract:The reasearch about different ways of extraction of the polysaccharides in Mmulberry were reviewed in this paper.The optimum condition of extracting with water was:solid-liquid ratio1:40,temperature 90℃,extraction time 2h,PH 11.Research the time of pre-microwave, the number of repeated freeze-thaw on the impact of extract polysaccharide in mulberry leaf. Research the type of enzyme, enzyme dosage and the time of enzymatic on the impact of extract polysaccharide. Research the role of ultrasound time, the role of temperature and mulberry leaf powder particle size on the impact of extract polysaccharide.
