范文编号:SW010 范文字数:9247,页数:21 摘要:本文阐述了电化学作用下印染污水处理降低COD的具体操作方法和机理。实验采用不同的处理条件进行分析,从而选择最佳的处理条件,使废水处理效果达到较好的水平。同时,本文还将电化学法去除COD与通过加入Fe2SO4去除COD的方法进行对比,分析两种方法的可行性和效果,得出的具体结果如下:电流密度=2020mA/cm2,t=4h,r=150min/min。COD降解率为62.5%。污水颜色由墨黑色变为透明无色。而Fe2SO4在加入量为4.2g/50ml达到极值,其COD降解率为43.75%。污水颜色由墨黑色至微绿色。 Electrochemical treatment of dyeing the optimization of sewage Abstract :In this paper,the electrochemical treatment of the dyeing wastewaters are investigated in detail of the way to reduce the COD,The different operating conditions of the treatment process were studied.Also,this paper compared the quality of the electrochemical treatment and the chemical treatment by adding the FeSO4 to the wastewaters,anlaysing the reality and compatibility of both method.The result are showed below:With the is 2020mA/cm2,t=4h,r=150min/min,the effort of the electrochemical treatment is in the best way,COD reduction is about 62.5%,the color turns from black to none.While adding is FeSO4 reached the peek date,the reducion is 43.75%.The color tunrs from black to green. 目 录 电化学方法处理印染污水的研究相关范文 |
