范文编号:SW073 范文字数:9167,页数:27 摘 要:本文研究了甲氧基聚乙二醇(MPEG)和酸酐(马来酸酐或邻苯二甲酸酐)单酯化反应的工艺条件,详细探讨了了温度,原料配比, MPEG分子量,催化剂用量,反应时间等因素对反应酯化率的影响。发现温度为90℃时,MPEG分子量为1300,投料比为1:1.15,催化剂为2%时转化效果好。采用红外分析确定了产物结构。讨论了反应动力学,计算了活化能,邻苯二甲酸酐酯化反应的活化能高于马来酸酐酯化反应。同时初步研究了酯化产物在水泥中作为减水剂的效果,并发现有明显的减水效果。
Abstract: This article studied the reaction conditions of mono-esterification from methoxy polyethylene glycol(MPEG) and anhydride (maleic anhydride , phthalic anhydride ).The effect of the MPEG molecular weight, the amount of catalyst, reaction time ,the temperature and feed ratio on the esterification rate was discussed in details. It is found that conditions such as MPEG molecular weight, the amount of catalyst ,reaction time, feed ratio and temperature is 1300, 2%, 120 min ,1:1.15 and 90℃ respectively, the esterification rate reaches high level. The structure of product is characterized by IR analysis. The kinetics of the reaction is discussed and the activation energy is calculated. The activation energy of the esterification of phthalic anhydride is higher then the activation energy of maleic anhydride. Meanwhile the esterification product show some function as water-reducing agent in cement. 目 录
