范文编号:SW136 范文字数:11256,页数:29 摘 要:本范文主要展示了聚苹果酸的一些特性以及它的一些功能及在各领域中的应用。由于人工合成聚苹果酸步骤复杂,成本高,因此生物发酵生产聚苹果酸就显得尤为重要了。而本文也主要是设立方案来从自然界中筛选出了四种聚苹果酸产生菌SP1、SP2、SP3、SP4,再从这四种菌株中筛选出了产量最高的菌SP3,并对其发酵条件进行研究,得出的结果为其发酵周期为6-7天,从第8天开始将会产生黑色素,且聚苹果酸的生成量与菌体量无关。同时也尝试了一种聚苹果酸简易测定方法——分光光度法,但是这种方法还需要做进一步的研究才有可能适用于聚苹果酸浓度的测定。 关键词:聚苹果酸;分光光度;发酵;测定 Poly malic acid producing bacteria screening and optimization of fermentationAbstract: This article shows some characteristics of poly malic acid , its functions and applications in various fields. As the complexity steps and high cost of synthetic poly malic acid, producing poly malic acid fermentation is especially important. The paper is mainly to establish the program to filter out the poly malic acid producing strains SP1、SP2、SP3、SP4 from the nature, then selected the highest yield of bacteria SP3 from the four strains, and to study the conditions of fermentation, the fermentation period is 6-7 days, then from the 8th day it will have a melanoma, and it is irrelevant between the products of poly malic acid and the biomass.
