范文编号:SW156 范文字数:13169,页数:26 摘要:菌核的产生是羊肚菌子实体形成的重要阶段,而不同的培养基和培养条件对菌核产生的时间和数量有明显的影响。本文主要对两种羊肚菌菌株在不同培养基上及不同培养条件下菌丝生长及菌核产生的特征进行了研究。结果表明尖顶羊肚菌和粗柄羊肚菌在5种供试碳源中都比较适合在以3%麦粒为碳源的培养基上生长菌核,在5种供试氮源中两菌株都比较适合在以0.8%酵母粉为氮源的培养基上生长菌核,尖顶羊肚菌比较适合在20℃下恒温避光培养生产菌核,而粗柄羊肚菌比较适合在25℃下恒温光照培养生产菌核,在较小直径的平皿中培养能提早产核时间和提高产核密度,以菌核为接种体能提高菌丝生长速度和产核数量,而且各实验中尖顶羊肚菌在菌核形成方面大都优于粗柄羊肚菌,菌核密度大。 Abstract: Sclerotia forming time and number were obviously effected by different kinds of media and culture Conditions. Mycelia growth states and sclerotia cultural characters of Morchella conica and Morchella crassipes in different kinds of media and culture Conditions were studied in this paper.The results indicated that the sclerotia of Morchella conica and Morchella crassipes was formed best in 3% malt extract agar of five C sources and in 0.8% complete medium yeast of five N sources. The sclerotia of Morchella conica was formed better at 20℃ under darkness, while the sclerotia of Morchella crassipes was formed better at 25℃ under light . The forming time of the sclerotia was advanced and density of the sclerotia was improved.Mycelial growth and sclerotia forming was improved by sclerotia colonization.
