范文编号:SP068 范文字数:10667,页数:24 摘 要:草莓在采摘后呼吸作用旺盛,及其容易枯萎脱水失去商品价值,以乳酸链球菌素为主体的保鲜涂膜剂处理后,可使草莓能够延长其货架期及品质质量的保持。本实验通过对海藻酸钠和聚乙二醇的复合膜比例研究,得出浓度为300mg/l乳酸链球菌素, 500mg/l那他霉素,1%海藻酸钠,1%聚乙二醇,10%乙醇的涂膜剂对草莓涂膜处理后,可覆盖表皮毛孔,抑制水分蒸发,防止皱缩萎蔫;抑制微生物侵入,防止腐败变质;具有微型气调的作用。 Abstract: After picking respiration of strawberries is exuberant.It is easy to lose the goods value beacause of wither.Strawberries can lengthen goods time and maintenance quality after processing with coating reagent which main body is nisin.According to research proportion of sodium alginate and polyethylene glycol,the result is that, the best proportion is 300mg/l nisin,500mg/l natamycin,1% sodium alginate, 1% polyethylene glycol,10% ethyl alcohol.This coating reagent can cover pore of epidermis, prevent water evaporatesing, prevent wither,prevent invasion of microorganism, prevents the corrupt deterioration and have the miniature gas adjustmentthe function. 目 录 草莓复合保鲜膜研制与应用相关范文 |
