范文编号:SP110 范文字数:11756,页数:25 摘要:本文对不同品种的杏鲍菇的生长特性、产量和营养成分进行了初步的分析研究。实验结果表明不同品种杏鲍菇菌丝生长状况存在差异,在同一栽培条件下,杏鲍菇品种间子实体的形态特征和产量亦明显不同,通过实验筛选出了高产优质的杏鲍菇2号(引浙江省农科院)和较为理想培养料配方:木屑30%、棉籽壳46.5%、麸皮18%、玉米粉3%、糖1%、石膏1%、石灰0.5%的。对4种杏鲍菇子实体(干品)的氨基酸等营养成分进行分析测定,结果表明杏鲍菇中含有17种氨基酸(色氨酸未测)、丰富的8种人体必需氨基酸、支链氨基酸和带有胍基的精氨酸,而芳香族氨基酸的含量却很低,精氨酸、谷氨酸的含量接近于a-酪蛋白、卵蛋白和大豆球蛋白的含量。 关键词:杏鲍菇品种;培养料筛选;营养成分;氨基酸含量 Abstract:This paper discusses the different species of Pleurotus eryngii the growth characteristics, yield and nutrient composition of the initial analysis.
