摘要

屋面工程是房屋建筑的一项重要的分部工程，不论是从建筑美观、使用功能上都对建筑物有重大意义，但在现实情况中，建筑设计师往往只重点考虑建筑物屋顶的造型设计对整体外形设计的效果，而对屋面的构造、功能没有从思想上认真重视过。本文对建筑屋面防水渗透因素以及控制措施进行分析，从构成建筑屋面防水工程质量的因素进行分析，以实际项目为背景，对项目中出现的屋面渗透问题进行分析，从建筑设计、排水系统、材料选用、结构施工四个方面总结问题，并针对各个方面的原因给出完善的建议。

Abstract

Roofing engineering is an important branch of the housing construction project, whether from the architectural appearance, the use function of the building is of great significance, but in reality, building designers tend to focus on considering the effects on the overall design of the roof of the building design, and the roof structure, not from the thought taken seriously. The building roof waterproof permeability factors and control measures are analyzed, from the analysis of factors of roof waterproof construction engineering quality, based on the actual project, penetration of the project to appear in the roof are analyzed, the selection of materials from the architectural design, structure construction, drainage system, summary of the four aspects of problems for various reasons, and give the suggestions.
