XCLW56469 非在编幼儿教师的权益保障研究+开题报告+问卷 (字数:11684) 摘 要 据了解,目前国内对非在编幼儿教师权益保障的研究较少,在幼儿园内非在编教师占据的所有幼儿教师的一大部分比例。那些在编的幼儿教师的权益由国家及国家的相关法律来保障,而非在编幼儿教师的权益则无人重视,造成非在编幼儿教师的社会地位偏低,身份模糊,以及其基本收入普遍偏低等现状。这也是幼儿教师流失较多的重要原因,同时也造成了师资的巨大浪费。因此,笔者对河南省某市非在编幼儿教师的权益保障做调查,并提出相关建议。认为一是应发挥政府部门的主导作用;二是应健全相关法律,完善维权组织;三是非在编幼儿教师应提高自身法律意识,学会用法律手段维护自身的合法权益。希望可以有更多的人去关注学前教育,关注那些默默无闻的非在编幼儿教师,从而进一步提高我国幼儿教学质量。 关键词: 非在编;幼儿教师;权益保障 Research on unofficial teachers' rights protection ABSTRACT At present domestic non little study on protection of the rights and interests of the series of preschool teachers in kindergarten, not in a large proportion of all teachers teachers occupy the. I hope there will be more people to pay attention to preschool education, pay attention to those unknown to the public of the unofficial preschool teachers, thus further improving the quality of teaching our children.
