1.1 Research Background 
Translation is a cross - language communication and also a cross - cultural communication. In other words, translation, as an interlingual communication, is not only a process of translation between languages, but also a process of cultural transplantation. Different cultural background and cultural traditions make China and the west have great cultural differences in regional environment, customs, values and standards. Therefore, cultural differences have an important impact on translation.
American translation theorist Eugene Nida said, "to really do a good job in translation, it is even more important to master two cultures than two languages, because words only have meaning in certain cultures."(Nida), 1998)

1.2 Research Object
Business English and Chinese translation is a kind of interlingual transformation. It not only includes the transformation of language symbols, but also involves the communication between different commercial cultures. It is the collision and blending of two foreign cultures.

2. Literature Review:
2.1 Famous writer Yu Guan Xi said: " Take a whole, human culture is the collective product of cultural exchange between all people and nations. Today international cultural exchange goes directly and indirectly, its scope, content, form and method unheard of before the present time. " The communication of different cultures must be done through translation. How to successfully cross cultural barriers, seek appropriate translation strategies, achieve high-quality intercultural communication, and then promote cultural communication is an important issue that needs to be solved in the translation process.
2.2 <浅谈商务英语翻译与文化关联> International business enables people from different cultures to contact frequently in different languages. The communication between different cultures needs to overcome the barriers of foreign cultures and achieve the purpose of communication. As a global business language, English is known for its diversity and variability, which leads to the diversity of English in various forms and cultural backgrounds. International business translators should pay special attention to the differences between Chinese culture and foreign countries, as well as the differences in semantic information and cultural information in English under different cultural backgrounds, and try to achieve the equivalence or equivalence of cultural information.
2.3 <谈商业广告翻译中的文化对接现象> Advertising translation is not only the communication between two languages, but also the communication between two cultures. Otherwise, the target text can hardly be recognized by the target language audience and cannot realize the function of advertising induction. Even may violate the mass culture and the esthetic level, thus seriously affects the commodity sale.

3. Business English translation is a communicative process and tool for business communication between people with different languages. Faithfulness is the most basic guiding principle in all English translation, especially for business English, it is of great significance for business activities of different cultures to accurately understand and translate business English words with certain cultural connotations. Culture is an important factor in the translation, different nations have different historical background, customs, local conditions and customs, cultural traditions, therefore, to engage in international business translators must understand the grasp the domestic and foreign national cultural differences, and try to eradicate the differences in the process of translation, at the same time to find the exact words in the target language, make foreign culture in the target language.
3.1 We should fully grasp different cultural knowledge, understand different cultural backgrounds and cultivate the ability of cross-cultural translation.
3.1.1 Take the animal image as an example. In the eyes of people of different nationalities, the same animal may lead to different associations. 
3.1.2 An example of different understanding of number.
3.2 Flexible use of translation skills to show the art of translation work.
3.2.1 Business English translation should not only ensure the complete transmission of information in translation, but also ensure that translation can effectively promote the smooth development of business activities. 
3.2.2 Successful translation is by no means limited to the basic knowledge of grammar, vocabulary and other languages. In business articles and their activities, the meaning of the dictionary must be understood according to the context and cultural background, otherwise it will lead to misunderstanding and even mistranslation.

3.3 In translating advertisements, we should accurately and creatively translate advertisements that are understood, accepted and liked by readers of the target language according to the different characteristics of specific advertisements and the characteristics of the target language and culture in order to promote the sales of products.

5. Conclusion
Cultural differences raise the difficulty of business English translation and have an important impact on business English translation. Firstly, it requires translators to have the ability and awareness of cross-cultural translation, fully understand the cultural knowledge of China and the west, accurately grasp the cultural factors in business English, and avoid affecting normal business cooperation due to insufficient translation. Secondly, cultural differences affect the accuracy of business English translation. As a kind of formal technical English in business activities, the accuracy of business English is largely related to business and economic exchanges, especially for the important specific business applications such as business activities, trademarks, names, advertisements and contract documents, which should pay attention to the accuracy of translation.
