With the implementation of the policy of reform and opening up,and with the development of Chinese economic.More and more Chinese people learning foreign languages.Today,Chinese Goverment even list English course as a compulsory course for nine years compulsory education.But learning foreign languages need environment.Without the environment and without considering the communication occasion,communication object and different ethnic cultures,Many people can only copy the sentences and words of the books.so People always be misunderstood or made a big joke in the actual cross-cultural communications.From the 90s of the 20 centery ,more and more Chinese and Western scholars studied the difference between Chinese,English and Japanese.Studied From different levels and different angles.Provided 

better conditions and more helps for new language learners.    

Research Significance

Language is the basis of communications,and also it is the basis of culture communication and international trade of difference countries.Bearing different culture characteristics and culture information of different ethnic groups.They are closed connected with traditional culture and which cann’t be seperated from the traditional culture.It said:“English is the World language,if you can speak English,You can go through the world without afraid”.But for international trader,if you know another language except English,it is a big
