The Great Gatsby was a novella created by American writer Frederick Fitzgerald, which was published in 1925. American culture is characterized by a strong emphasis on the goal of monetary success and a weak emphasis on the importance of the legitimate means for the pursuit of success.

The hero of the novel, James, was a poor farmer in North Dakota, who was dreaming of being a rich man when he grew up. Through his own efforts, he finally realized his dream, and changed his name to Jay Gatsby. When he was a lieutenant in the army. He felled in love with a southern girl Daisy fee.
