With the rapid development of globalization, the connection between China and the United States is becoming closer and closer in politics, economy and culture. When people communicate with each other, the very basic part of every conversation is greeting and parting. This theses is to analysis the culture difference background of China and the United States and avoid the communication conflict and smooth the communication.

3.2. Different expression: Chinese express way is more indirect and subtle

4. Point out the cultural difference of the United States

4.1. Point of view of consideration: The United States pays more attention about theirselves, that is individualist

4.2. The United States tends to be relatively explicit and direct.

5. Some advices for communicating with the people from the United States and make the communication smoothly.
