With the rapid development of Chinese economic, English promotes the development of Chinese English training market as the essential language ability in twenty-first Century. Because full-time education within the system of English education can not meet the market demand for English education, we can see the various private English training organizations came into being now.With the training target classification on the English training industry , English training can be divided into counseling courses, exam training, occupation training and ability training.In recent years, more and more English training organization in society, meanwhile English learners are getting younger than before, whether children should accept English training has become a debate topic constantly.
In China, children’s English learning is becoming more common in current theory and practice,. A case study will be taken out below for the phenomenon of children English education in Dongguan .

二、Literature review 
Tahta, Wood, and Loewentha’s (1981) (Ellis, 1994) research confirmed that age has an effect in spoken language use, namely "age as small as possible". 
Journal of Jiangxi college of education, 2012, 6 (author: Li Dan) "children English education present situation countermeasures study" and "Pre-school English teaching present situation and countermeasures of utilitarian" both study conclusion shows that: Through the research on children English training, found that the parents' attitude is not correct, the educational institutions are uneven, the teaching quality is difficult to guarantee, etc., we should improve the comprehensive quality of teachers, we also need to strengthen the education supervision and some other views.
“The research of the children English education environment status who are 3 to 4 years old in Nanchang city” shows that: today all kinds of children English training agency established blindly, the teaching level is not neat, children English education position is not clear, therefore we need to lay good foundation for the development of children English education. 
Since 2002, the literature of <government regulation of the English training market> introduced that: the current situation of English training market, which contributed a lot to children English education. 
(Author: Shu Dingfang ) In 2004 an author wrote a book named"The innovation of foreign language teaching : problems and solutions" shows that: learning English has become a new trend, and there are many kinds of English training organizations and training schools which give more choice for children, this phenomenon certainly would promote the prosperity and development of children English education.
