The primary school of our country education is still exam-oriented education indoctrinated teaching and  learning by rote, the learning purpose are to pass the exam in most of students ;Losing interest in learning English show is unwilling to read English teaching materials , children don't love to read English classics, certainly don’t have basic English communication skills; Most of the local primary school of English teachers are not enough, Corresponding to the students are more, An English teacher need to teach hundreds of students, the quality of teaching don’t meet requirement,  Poor performance of students in English learning are very common, which lead many students easily losing interest in learning English; Due to various reasons, the primary Schools have not complete teaching equipment, they are easy to feel bored for English learning under the condition of poor teaching equipment, It's hard to cultivate and accumulate language of sense, Promoting English learning interest distinctly gets difficult.
Wang Lifei thinks that the primary school English teaching is a comprehensive utilization, involving psychological linguistics, social linguistics, applied linguistics, contrastive linguistics and other related science. So situation teaching should be used to interact with students, so as to catch the curiosity of students psychological and cause the students' interest in learning.
Dai Junxia describes that creation of primary school English teaching emphasis on language environment, advocate make full use of and development of a variety of media teaching, creating vivid and authentic language environment. And Multimedia teaching is advantageous to the student to observe, memory, thinking, and promote the student's understanding of English knowledge and the development of intelligence. Performance by multimedia means of teaching content, English teaching content are not limited by time and space.
Paul Seligson points out that required for successful teaching is not compulsory, but stimulate students' interest. Our teachers should use some teaching resources to complete and develop the primary school textbooks content. These resources include: some simple puppets, simple games and stories, and so on. The main purpose is to stimulate students' interest.
Wang Qiang points out that the use of multimedia facilities in primary school English teaching process can creat learning situation and optimize the learning effect. The teaching content should include simple games, vivid teaching situation, and the image of the body movements. The simple games can make the students learn in a lively and pleasant atmosphere and naturally acquire English knowledge and skills. The Vivid teaching situation is to stimulate students' interest in learning. The image of the body movements help students understand the teacher and improve the effect of learning.

Li Shiqiu thinks that teaching is a process of mutual exchanges. The teachers should teach by drawing, singing, performing, playing games. By these ways the teachers can interact with students relaxed and humorous and the students can participate in teaching process and enjoy the process of learning at the same time.
In sum ,The interest is the best teacher in the learning, it is necessary to motivate primary school English study interest, it need to increase their learning motivation and confidence, Let them from passive learning get into active learning, English learning will become habit and love.
