Paper purpose 
From Wang Pujuan(2010)'s description of some problems in traditional education and the new teaching mode of the new curriculum reform, we can know that traditional education mode is still existed in primary school under the reform of the new curriculum. the new English curriculum reforms to strengthen students’ practical ability to use the language as the center, and stress to stimulate students’ interest in learning and improve the capacity of cross-cultural learning in order to form autonomous learning. Many schools are taking the entrance rate as the center, the main emphasis on the mastery of English vocabulary, grammar knowledge. In addition,Ma Xiuxiu (2012) also mentions that the shortcomings of the traditional English teaching model and the advantages of the new curriculum reform and the view of the classroom teaching mode. The education mode put forward by them all involves the interest education.
In view of this situation, this paper proposes to the importance of establishing English class fulfill with temperament and interest in primary school. Through reference research method, we are involved in various aspects of English class in primary schools to analyze how to develop the English class with temperament and interest and the problems that should be paid attention to. At the meantime, we sort the multi-style teaching modes that stimulate students' learning inteest to provide reference for English class in primary school under the implementation of curriculum reform.
Preview study at home and abroad 
Affective and interest education in English teaching refers to the teachers sufficiently consider the importance of affective factors, and fully handle the relationship between cognition and affective education lies in creating a good teaching process, in order to enhance the teaching effect. 
In our country, many researchers have put forward their own opinions on the problems of teaching and learning English in primary school.Some researchers conducted a survey on the relationship between learning disabilities and interest of primary school students and found that many students said that if the teacher to explain lively and interesting, the classroom atmosphere will be more enjoyable and arouse students' interest in learning and understanding. In addition, there are some scholars to study the method of funny teaching. In addition, there are some scholars to study the method of funny teaching. For example, Ge Yaping(2008)introduce the method of funny teaching and put forward 7 kinds of interesting import method: the physical introduction method, the song introduction method, the scene introduction method, the multimedia introduction method, the game introduction method, with the old belt new import law, contact the actual life introduction method.
At Abroad, Robert R. Rusk. James Scotland, the author of Doctrines of the Great Educators has discussed 11 famous Western Educators,the background of each educator's educational thoughts, educational proposition and the influence of Educational Thoughts on the later generations, which Included Dewey's education theory “Education is "life", "growth" and "transformation of experience" “Child centered theory” and so on. He believed that the school life should take students as centre, teachers should stand in the position of students and with students as their starting point. He stressed the importance of establishing temperament and interest in learning process. On the other hand, the former Soviet Union famous educational practitioners and educationist Suhomolist (2000) put forward one hundred helpful and meaningful suggestions about education, two of which are proposed by preview study at home and abroad, which is “love is the key to student's mind”. “the source of interest also lies in the use of knowledge to enable students to experience a sense of power that reason is higher than the fact.” This tells us that the importance of knowledge application and the good human relationship between teachers and and students.
