一、文献综述

(一)国内研究现状
    Recently, the researches on negative transfer of mother tongue in our country is quite rich, for example: In 2005, Zeng Peng from East China Normal University mentioned in his master's degree thesis The LI Transfer Phenomenon in the Middle School Students' English Writing Teaching and Writing Strategies that: Learning a second language in a native language environment is lack of a second language situation. Inevitably, the Chinese middle school students will influenced by their mother tongue. But if this influence can be perceived or guide by a good feasible teaching method, it will help students overcome the interference and minimize the influence on English writing and eventually improve the ability of English expression.
    In 2007, Xiong dinfang from Central China Normal University mentioned in her master's degree thesis The Phenomenon of Negative Transfer of Mother Tongue in the Middle School Students,English Writing Research: China's middle school students have mastered a certain native language knowledge, it is inevitable influenced by native language knowledge and experience when they are learning a foreign language, at the same time, most middle school students only stay in the early stages of second language•••••acquisition, their English learning environment is poor, the ability of language using is limited, so extremely vulnerable to the negative effects of their mother tongue. This seriously hindered the increase of students' foreign language level.
    In 2008, Wang Xiaohong and Luo Yun from Mianyang, Sichuan Normal University School of foreign language put forward in The Using of Mother Tongue in English Teaching: Both the positive transfer and negative transfer of mother tongue can promote English teaching in certain circumstances.
•   In 2004,Yu Liming described in details in Language Transfer and Second Language Acquisition. He explained what language transfer is and obtained many inspirations in foreign language teaching by researching students' writing errors.
    In 2005, Fang Zhongnan said in The Two Kinds of the Most Common Mistakes in Chinese-English Translation and Their Causes: in Chinese-English translation, Chinese students often make "localization" errors, it mainly because they didn't pay attention to the different of the lexical and syntactic structure between English and Chinese. The study shows that: mother tongue interference on foreign language learners is not allowed to ignore.
    In 2010, Chang Hui made a deep study on inflectional affxes and gramma damages. It is meaningful to take effective measures to avoid this kind of word inflectional changes caused the meaning of the negative transfer of mother tongue in the process of English vocabulary learning.
(二)国外研究现状
    In foreign countries, American linguist Robert Lado is one of the earliest researchers on L1 transfer. In 1957, he published his book Cross-Cultural Linguistics which made a simple explanation for the negative transfer of mother tongue. He thinks negative transfer of mother tongue will cause a lot of obstacles on second language learning, and can be predicted through the comparison of mother tongue and second language. His statement caused a great sensation in linguistic field, and has a deep influence on foreign language teaching. Since then, Foreign scholars began to actively study the negative transfer of mother tongue.
    In 1970, Bright and McGregor put forward that: the use of mother tongue in the class will get in the way of foreign language acquisition. Because the mother tongue will have negative effect on foreign language acquisition; This is one of the causes of language errors.
 In 1972, George said: using the mother tongue is easy to make students form the habit of "replace" and induce mother tongue interference.
    In 1981, Krashen said: foreign language learning and language acquisition using the same path, in order to prevent the interference on foreign language learning, we should not use native language as soon as possible.
    In 1993, Perdue from the perspective of cognition, thought the use of mother tongue will distract students' attention and get in the way of the reconstruction of the foreign language.
