Literature Review
Many have been devoted to the analysis of the importance and the teaching method about English Enlightenment For Infants. However, only a few are focused on further study of the existed problems and countermeasures in china. The paper analyses the present situation of English Enlightenment Teaching For Infants, and puts forward some questions and countermeasures in china. First I shall provide some background.
As we all know, Although Chinese infant's English enlightenment teaching started quite late,but,a number of authors have widely studied the importance of infant's English enlightenment. Researchers at Cornell university in the United States published a paper in the 1th issue of Nature in 1996 pointed that the area of brain that children use is obviously different from the adult when learning a foreign language, resulting in children mastering foreign languages much faster than adults.Because the area called Broca's in the brain responsible for language learning is very sensitive at infant age, and the first language is stored in Broca's area.As we grow older,the sensitivity of the area is declining[1]. M.Montessori pointed out that during the sensitive period, children show a high level of enthusiasm and interest for some things, and learn quickly, but after this period, this situation will disappear.The sensitive period of language is 8 months to 8 years old. Neubert (e.newport) published an analysis in 1991, pointing out:if people from non-English-speaking country have been learning English since the age of 3-7 which expected to be at the same language level comparable with  English-speaking country.if started from the age of 8-10,there was a gap between of them;if started after 11 years old,there was a wide gap between of them. According to the relevant information, in the United States, there are more than 2000 kinds of magazines for children to learn foreign languages. In Japan, high school students can master a foreign language fluently. Children in Singapore learn four languages from childhood.[2] All above show that the infant stage is the key period of language acquisition.
Much work has been done on the teaching method of infant’s English Enlightenment. For example. In British,respect for the autonomy of children and children's awareness is the leading role in developing children's skill. In France,It mainly adopts the method of combining Kindergarten and family, starting from kindergarten curriculum, activity arrangement, environment arrangement, etc. [3] Compared with developed countries,our country started late on English enlightenment teaching but developed very quickly,learning from foreign experience,formed direct method、situational method 、Children's song method、story association、play method、Holographic whole-sense teaching method、Sandwich Story Methodology, etc.[4] 
Having set the background, I shall return to the analyses of the existed problems and countermeasures of infant’s English enlightenment teaching. Although much research has been devoted on it, few further discuss is available on it in our country. GAN WEIXI reported that the English enlightenment teaching in foreign started earlier and level was higher. According to their own level of development, each country has different educational goals and different emphases on preschool education.The most representative is the immersion bilingual teaching in Canada,Its main reflected following several aspects:1/National policy support making the effective implementation of teaching fully guaranteed.2/Having very strong faculty. 3/ Bilingual teaching advocated from infants. 4/ The research work of bilingual teaching is perfect. Compared with developed countries,our country started late on English enlightenment teaching and still has a gap with them.Its main reflected following several aspects:1/National policy is not support。2/Having weak faculty.3/ Learning attitude of student is not correct and lack of passion。4/There are still many deficiencies in teaching evaluation System and setting teaching goals.[3] 
In sum, all the above studies have put forward valuable ideas about the cultural difference reflected in the two versions. However, there seems to be a lack of in-depth and detailed analysis, which will surely shed more light onto the of the existed problems and countermeasures. Thus my study may hopefully make some contribution in this direction.
