Along with the economic globalization and rapid development of international trade, all countries are strengthening their cooperation in financial area, in the context, Financial English as the bridges and ties between communications and strengthen trade ties, gaining greater and greater importance. In recent years, domestic experts and scholars pay more attention to the research of Financial English translation, and have achieved considerable results, but most Financial English research mainly based on the professional and the accuracy , analyzes the sources and characteristics of financial terminology, several common financial English-Chinese translation skills and strategies, in addition, some scholars have pointed out that in order to improve the financial English terms and text understanding and translation issues，the translator should take the initiative to learn the basic financial knowledge of finance and economics, enrich their professional background, strengthen the contextual understanding, application of standardized terminology, try to avoid misinterpretation of misunderstanding.

Some common methods of word-formation, such as suffix, compose and the use of terms for memory, etc. (Chen Yuqing, 2003)

Points out the syntactic relations between the compound words of financial nouns, then introduces the source of financial professional terminology, and finally summarizes some methods to form financial professional term. (Luo Xiaohui, 2009)

Drawing lessons from the normative theory and related research at home and abroad, focusing on the analysis of the normative nature of Financial English and its translation. (Chen Yuping, 2006)

System comprehensively summarized the sources and characteristics of financial English terms, and analyzes the meaning of Financial English terms from the perspective of rhetoric.(Wang Shuhuai & Zhang xia ,2004)

Financial English translation involves wide, rich in content, inevitably encounter some obstacles in translation practice，this article study the translation of Financial English from the Perspective of Skopos Theory. As an important supplement to the traditional translation theory and the research of translation theory, the Skopos Theory proposed by Reiss, Vermeer, Nord and other scholars has opened up a new perspective to the study of Financial English translation. As the core of functional translation theory, Skopos Theory gets rid of the restraint of the equivalence theory to the non-literary text,

it attaches much importance to the Skopos in translation in order to produce adequate target texts instead of equivalent text, emphasizes the purpose of the translation process in the process of translation. The translation purpose determines the translation strategies and translation methods, follow the Skopos Rule, the Coherence Rule, the Fidelity Rule, also have rights to choose strategies flexibly, make the translation has substantial significance in the context of purpose, thus achieve the desired function and purpose of the target, to help the readers who pay more attention to financial information to understand more, update the content. This article embarks from this aspect, in order to achieve the intended function of the target text, when making financial English vocabulary and text translation, should be take the relative translation strategies and methods adopted for the special characteristics of Financial English.
