In recent years, rapid development of modern information technology and network education in our country , Web-based teaching is important way for English learning in the universities, with many devote research that we can found Web-based teaching is not affected by time constraints, anytime, anywhere learning, can also be adjusted according to one's own learning process independent progress in class. However, for English language education and network education than traditional educational theory into practice, need a strong independent study independent.
Since Web-based teaching is flexible that is popular for students, no matter we in class, library or dormitory we can learning all the time if we want. But we also need to control the learning time and schedule,.As Cong Yuxu (2008) mentions,  “ the students in the network classroom, should be on the premise of cultivating their ability of independent learning, students are encouraged to complete their learning tasks as much as possible. ” Wang Xianling, Ning Chanyan(2002) also present in devote that give full play to the role of the students' initiative, enthusiasm and creativity, thus causes the student to achieve the current knowledge in effectively achieve the goal of meaning construction.
In the first, there are many issue to develop Web-based teaching, as Zhao Chenhui(2011) concludes, “ It is argued in the paper that in order to improve English teaching on the web, people's notion should be refreshed, resources should be integrated, quality should be stressed, and talents should be reared.” That is one of our research topic for Web-based teaching.
In the second, we focus the Web-based teaching and lack practice, as Wang Zhe, Xia Jimei(2010) probes into the role of teachers in network teaching. The author believes that the teachers should attach importance to network teaching process each link, and act as a guide, explorer, lecturers, supervisors, practice, test the role of the builder and resources. We will follow the traditional education practice experience, Amanda Keddie(2015) mentions that teachers and students in problematic ways but also how they are offering possibilities for improving the quality of schools and schooling and How to gain experience in traditional education.
In the third, Network education is an unstoppable trend, it brings the convenience will bring great help to students, as Xu Xiaoqing (2005) argues that the excessive use of network, make teenagers dependence on network produced a strong psychological.Especially in the network game on, Internet dating adventure at ease, the network of the unhealthy content in fresh temptation, etc., make teenagers came from "Internet addiction", and the main body of life - learning on their own, but lose interest, lack of perseverance, self-control ability, education.In this virtual network world, everyone comes in a false identity, and although most of the time, you can boldly express their true thoughts or blatantly say you want to say, but under a false identity, the network relationships have few real, be always full of distrust and interpersonal tensions.Especially for the teenagers "introverted", the network provided show ego platform, but also make them in the "offline" become more introverted and self locking. 
In brief, Internet is becoming very popular in all walks of life and brings us a both advantages and disadvantages. The advantages as above mention, we can communicate with our friends more rapidly and quickly. Secondly, Internet brings us flexibilty. For example, many websites open chatrooms where we can talk with  with teacher and classmate.  The Internet also has its disadvantages, just as a coin has two sides. In the first place, some people may linger too long on the net while neglecting their work or study. In my opinion, Internet becomes an integral part of our lives, but it is certainly not everything. Living in the 21st century, we need to make good use of the new tool-Internet, but it is just a tool, not life itself. We should not depend on it too much, nor should we ignore it deliberately
