There is a jargon for the press: The headline is the eyes of the News. It is not only an important part of a completely news coverage, but also plays an important role on the news information transfer. Headline is the most concise, the most incisive, reflects the power of art. For the materials of the article it makes a point, also has directly impact on the entire news. 

News has become the "necessities" of people, people have entered the era of "reading headline", the diversity of news media are now in of favor with the public, people are enjoying achievements from all kinds of media’s competition. According to the some domestic research, a good beginning is half the battle.

As is known to all USA TODAY is one of the best selling newspapers in the United States. Everybody wants to know the reason why it is so hot. In the ensuing argument, we will study its characteristics and to analyze in deeply. 

Many people to realize the importance of the title, more and more researchers are attracted by it. But for journalists, they want to know how they can attract the reader's eyes? That is a problem. Maybe USA TODAY can provide an answer for them. News headlines are often written concise, have highly individual character, can make the audience simple to understand and play a guide role to read information. And USA Toady’s news headline has its distinctive features which can attract audience attention, build a good reading atmosphere and increase the rate of public reading, which plays an important role in such aspects. For the broad masses of journalists, understand and grasp the basic features of news headline, constantly updated news idea, innovate news-writing has important theoretical and practical significance. Now we are going to study USA TODAY ‘s characters for enable to well know the news title. I think everyone wants to know what led it to the refulgence today. We all know that it uses color well in newspaper’s front page which can attract readers’ attention in a way. But I think they use vivid language and words in the article, that is the way to attract reader in a long time.
