浅谈幼儿心理健康教育

摘    要

心理健康是幼儿学习知识的起点。要帮助他们养成健康的心理，提高健康程度，就需教师从他们常见的心理问题着手，走出成年人的思维模式，结合幼儿自身的特殊情况和不同性格特点，考虑如何才能够将幼儿的兴趣与心理健康结合起来，使幼儿养成良好的心理状态。所以，我们将从幼儿心理健康教育出发，围绕其定义与内涵、影响因素、教育的重要性及存在的问题等展开论述，并针问题提出相应的对策。

Abstract

Mental health is the starting point of children's learning knowledge. In order to help them develop healthy psychology and improve their health, it is necessary for teachers to start from their common psychological problems, go out of adult thinking mode, combine their own special situation and different character characteristics, and consider how to combine children's interest with mental health so that children can develop a good heart. State of reason.
