Language is the most important tool for human communication. Early childhood is the best time to learn to use language. This paper, by studying various domestic and foreign literature and referring to the domestic and foreign views and theories on early childhood research, starts from the connotation, significance, characteristics, influencing factors and other aspects of preschool education, and systematically expounds the education and cultivation of early childhood.

I. domestic research status

In the case of rapid economic development, increasing economic strength, the goal of universal nine-year compulsory education is basically achieved, and the public's demand for early childhood education is constantly increasing, how should we change the reform of early childhood education system in China? How should system innovation be reflected? What should be the reasonable trend of the development of early childhood education in our country? Most of the literatures in China believe that the main problems in the development of preschool education in China are the insufficient overall investment of preschool education funds, the serious unfairness and low efficiency of the limited distribution of preschool education resources. When the overall investment of the state increases year by year, and social funds are widely absorbed to develop preschool education, and the public demand is met, the unfair distribution of resources and low efficiency should be the main aspects of the reform.

Second, the current situation of foreign research
Before the middle of the 19th century, early childhood education was a private activity, but in the 20th century, it gradually developed into a public responsibility, and state intervention in early childhood education became a worldwide trend. Government involvement in many aspects of early childhood education, policy, strengthen management is an important aspect of (such as preschool education institutions for examination and approval system, strict monitoring, to improve the quality of assets as preschool education standard and supervise the implementation, establish system of teachers' qualification and training, etc.), and public financial support is also important way countries involved in the early childhood education.

Based on the study of domestic and foreign pre-school literature and the analysis of the status quo, this paper expounds the pre-school education from multi-dimensional and multi-angle, which has certain reference significance for the pre-school education.
