One .Literature Review 

(1)Research background
China has integrated into the global economy, English as an international language, has become more and more important. The demand of all walks of life for foreign language talent is very urgent, so the requirements of  the society for university graduates‘ English level have became more and more high, all of these  require a strong English listening, speaking, reading and writing ability, as well as direct use of English for business negotiation, medical research and other activities. 
 (2)  Direction and exploration of practical research on college English teaching
Wang Yuange pointed out that English for specific purposes ESP teaching will become the mainstream of English Teaching in Twenty-first Century in《ESP and the improvement of  Large English Teaching system 》Our current college English teaching is in a major change, and the main content of the reform is to combine the foreign language teaching with the social benefits, to meet the diverse needs of the society. This requires the transformation of College English teaching: From the original mainstream of basic English teaching to ESP teaching, which is a combination of English teaching with a certain professional knowledge or subject.  
In《 the Theoretical Discussion and Practical Application on English Teaching》Fan Yongxian pointed out that in grammar teaching the practice should be strengthened to activate the classroom teaching. We can take two kinds of methods in Teaching: First, choose the authentic language materials ,activate the teaching content. Authentic language materials include text materials and audio materials and electronic teaching materials for some specific grammar items. Second, strengthen social intercourse practice, activate the classroom content. In this way, the learners are in a vivid and authentic language environment, and the implicit cognition will automatically help them to form a sense of language.
    With the development of science and technology, modern education technology has also been applied to English teaching. Tang Yanyu  introduces the process and the problems of the application of multimedia and network in English teaching in 《Modern Educational Technology and Multimedia Foreign Language Teaching》.
     Ma Yifei believes that in order to cultivate talents with cross-cultural communication management ability, a good  understanding of  the international rules, strategic thinking, the training mode of cross cultural communication ability must be applied to College English teaching. Statistics from the Ministry of Commerce show that China has attracted 510 thousand foreign investors since the first foreign investor came to China in 1979 , which provide an average annual increase of 1100000 foreign invested jobs. Economic globalization has put forward new requirements on the knowledge structure and ability of college students.
     At present, our practice and exploration on teaching strategies, teaching management mode and so on, all hope to make progress in the practical aspects of College English Teaching. This article is to do some research in this area.
