一、Significance of The Subject
In the era of "Internet +", "Internet + education" is an extremely important industry. Constrained by the differences in economic development between the east and the west of China, and the differences in urban and rural development, educational resources are extremely uneven, especially in the remote areas of central and western China, where educational resources are scarce,"Internet + education" not only solves the problem of lack of educational resources, but also solves the learning mode of spoke English. With the rapid development of the Internet economy, the learning mode of spoke English is no longer as simple as in the past. 40 years ago, jack ma, in the west lake to practice spoken English communication with foreigners, 40 years later, ma has become the economic development of China's Internet icon, With the development of the Internet economy, people can do what they want to do in different ways at different times and places. In the field of oral English learning, the learning scene has also undergone tremendous changes. In the past, students learned English and practiced oral English more passively. The learning methods were almost the same, such as oral communication with teachers in class, communication with students in the English corner of the school, and conversation with foreigners on the road, But now, thanks to the Internet, students have more opportunities to practice spoken English in combination with their own interests, such as using social entertainment tools make foreign friends, playing games with foreign players online in real time, etc.,.This kind of method, which was previously known as playing with objects, is now slowly being recognized by parents in the society. But things have two sides to existence, In addition to bringing us a lot of convenience in learning spoken English, "Internet+" still has some practical social problems that cannot be ignored. Some problems have existed for a long time. For example, addicted to the Internet, wasteful studies, the absence of parents, how to monitor online content, etc., these are still real problems that we are required to solve. The learning and growth environment of students is no longer the growth environment of our post-80s. In this era, school family education is indispensable,When students leave the school's supervision area and parents have to go to work again, how to make up for this missing link of autonomous learning and how to regulate the Internet learning environment is still a realistic problem that we urgently need to solve.
二、Domestic Research
"Internet +" refers to a new business format developed by the Internet under the impetus of Innovation 2.0 (information age, the innovative form of the knowledge society), and it is also a new form of economic and social development promoted by the evolution of the Internet form and spawned by the knowledge society innovation 2.0. With the development of science and technology, the use of information and Internet platforms enables the integration of the Internet with traditional industries, and uses the advantages and characteristics of the Internet to set up new development opportunities. "Internet+" uses its own advantages to optimize, upgrade and transform traditional industries, so that traditional industries can adapt to the current new developments, and ultimately promotes the continuous development of society. On July 4, 2015, the State Council issued the “Guiding Opinions of the State Council on Actively Promoting the "Internet +" Action. On May 22, 2020, Premier Li Keqiang proposed in the 2020 State Council Government Work Report to comprehensively promote the “Internet +" to create new strengths in the digital economy.
Therefore, in the context of the "Internet +" rapid development, we need to study how to make better use of the Internet, so that students can actively and effectively practice English to improve their oral English.
