Literature Review  
Many study’s have been devoted on the analysis of the on the important of teaching art on English. However, only a few focused on the Lead-in、situation of teaching、art of question and the art of ending which influence the primary school students in learning English. I will discuss “why the important of teaching art in English ”. But first I shall provide some background.
As we all know China’s foreign language education has been faced with increasingly prominent problems: unclear objectives of talent cultivation, unclear professional positioning, obvious utilitarian orientation of curriculum setting, the compilation of teaching materials needs to be further improved, the reform of teaching methods follow the trend seriously, and teachers lack an overall grasp of foreign language education. Student’s teaching satisfaction is generally not high, and talent cultivation is out of line with the actual needs of society, etc. (Zou weicheng, 2009; Zhuang zhixiang, 2010; Zhong weihe, 2015; Qu weiguo, 2016; Feng guangwu, 2017). In particular, the current primary school English teaching method is single, can not attract the interest of the primary school students. It urgent needs to study and explore.

Therefore, I sincerely hope that English teachers can be start to pay attention to the long-term impact of English teaching methods on children from childhood. For primary school students, due to their young age, immature mind and lack of initiative and consciousness in English learning, primary school English teachers should play their leading role and devote themselves to stimulating students' learning interest. Many education scholars have proposed teaching art methods that can stimulate students' interest in learning, such as the Lead-in、situation of teaching、Art of question and the art of ending and so on.

A good scene will create a harmonious atmosphere between teachers and students, and thus achieves a satisfactory effect. Situational language teaching is originally called Oral Approach, which is developed by British applied linguists from the 1930’s to 1960’s (Shu Dingfang, 1999.). The theory of learning underlying Situation language Teaching Method is behaviorism, addressing more the processes, than the conditions of learning. Palmer and Hornby are the main advocator of the Situational Teaching Method (Shu Dingfang, 1999.).

In addition, raising students’ study interest and the intellectual curiosity is a teacher’s big duty (Burns, 1982). Hence, to the classroom teaching effect, it is crucial whether students could be attracted at very beginning of class. Turney .C(1975) valued the learning background and application of different approaches to catching attention, which could stimulate students’ keen craving for knowledge at the very beginning of the class and improve the classroom teaching effect. It was proved in practice that such kinds of teaching methods, later referred as lead-in, could improve students’ learning outcome to some extent.
A language is a the tool of human communication. English teaching is really not way to input or output information, students must personally think, speak and write what they are taught. Questioning is one of important methods which embody this feature completely. A question is “a sentence which is addressed to a listener /reader and asks for an expression of fact, opinion, belief, etc” (Richards et al, 2000 a:379) Kissock and Iyortsuun (1982:2) sated that “question are statements for which a reply is expected”. Borich (1988) once defined question as “verbal devices used to solicit responses from others”.
The English class should not only have a fascinating beginning and interlocked practice, but also have a strong and thought-provoking ending. Because a good ending marks a new beginning. (CAI li. 2017(10)). The end of class plays a very important role in primary school English classroom teaching.
In sum, the proper application of the teaching art of primary school English class can achieve twice the result with half the effort, so that students can really like English, step into English and integrate into English. Thus my study may hopefully make some contribution in this direction.
