Intakhab Alam Khan’s research found that, e-learning effective and useful in all process in educational. Not only student, but also teacher can get support from the e-learning platform. Intakhab Alam Khan concluded that e-learning is vitally important modern education system of the globe.

Chunyang Liu, Fei Long concluded that, English teachers should not only apply multimedia technology to direct students, but also concern their interest and teaching objectives. Exploring more new methods of multimedia teaching is the trend in the future.

Aiqin Liu said that, Multimedia can combine listening and seeing, which create a more truthful learning environment. Students integrated skill easily, the Multimedia combine reading, writing, speaking and listening in a single activity. Students control over their learning timing.

Nan Guan, Jianxi Song, Dongmei Li conclude that, the combination of English teaching and multimedia, English lesson is no boring and full of fun. Multimedia can inspire students’ enthusiasm of learning English, students willing to speaking, develop their ideas in English. Multimedia become one of the highlight of English lesson.

Wang Pingxiao said that, Smart Classroom System can stimulate students’ interest and participation in language learning. Making students autonomous learning possibly, learning is influenced and dependent.

Neda Mohammadi, Vahid Ghorbani, Farideh Hamidi define e-learning is commonly referred to intentional use of networked information and communications technology in teaching and learning. Teachers and students have to upgrade their abilities to work with Multimedia of English. Maybe need to change teaching or learning style.

Min Pun suggest in the non-native English Speaking counties, teachers should integrate e-learning with traditional methods.

Trichy said that, computer aided instruction cannot replace all other teaching methods. Only under the background of quality education technology reasonably.

Yu Xiaonan summarized the problems of multimedia technology in Chinese teaching in three aspect:1. The choice of the media is one-sided pursuit of high grade; 2. Do not pay attention to practical application; 3. The pursuit of bright colors.
