English as an international language, in the global political,economic, technological and cultural exchanges play an important role.For college students, mastering English will make them better foothold in the society.With the rapid development of social science and technology, college English teaching in recent years great changes happening.College English curriculum requirements points out: "college English is a foreign language teaching theory as the guide to English language knowledge and application skills, cross-cultural communication and learning strategy as the main content, and collect a variety of teaching mode and means for the integration of teaching system."The course requirements, first-line teachers constantly research new teaching methods, application of new pattern, mobile teaching become a research hotspot.Mobile learning overturned previous learning model and the inherent thinking, relying on smartphones and other mobile terminal equipment, breakthrough the limitation of time and space, flexible to choose their own learning, learning content can stimulate students' learning motivation and interests, promote the students' personal development and the improvement of autonomous learning ability.
The definition of national higher education technical cooperation committee is "mobile learning is based on the wireless mobile networks, Internet and multimedia technology, teachers and students through the use of wireless devices currently more commonly used (such as mobile phone, IPAD, notebook computer) to more convenient and flexible to implement interactive teaching activities.As well as education, science and technology information exchange".Mobile learning is a kind of mobile devices, can anytime, anywhere learning, mobile learning by using mobile configuration must learn to quickly show content and provide interaction between teachers and students .With the development of mobile learning technology advances more and more, mobile learning experience more and more mature, more and more low price mobile devices, mobile more abundant resources, mobile learning consciousness is more and more widely used.Get the use of mobile client terminal devices regardless of time and place of learning content clips, this way of learning not only expands people's learning field, can also further improve people's learning efficiency, to meet the learning needs of the people.
Mobile learning has the characteristics of mobility, interactivity, timeliness, popularity, personalization and context. Mobile learning itself is portable and personalized, which is very suitable for language learning.The learning facilities for Mobile English teaching are carried by learners, and they can enter the learning state at any time and anywhere, and may interrupt the learning process at any time and anywhere. English teaching is the formation of disordered, fragmented, scattered language knowledge, after sorting, processing, refining, forming a system, in a complete form of presentation and knowledge transfer. The way of Mobile English teaching provides great selectivity and convenience for teaching and learning.
Combined with other scholar's research results,The present status of mobile learning of university students can be summarized as: strong mobile learning desire, and there are many unconscious mobile learning behavior, but inefficient.Hardware resources, software platform and spending power from a certain extent, limits the application of mobile learning college students.But based on the mobile phone mobile learning conditions are mature, and college students in a smartphone or more advanced mobile phone holder and growth rate is more optimistic.Scattered the learning of college students in the classroom, network course, a library, different locations, such as family, traffic tools across a formal learning and informal learning situation, mobile learning can provide learning opportunities at any time and place, and is likely to seamlessly integrate different learning.
College students also have many conscious or unconscious, formal or informal mobile learning behaviors in their daily life,Learning English is a long process, the advent of the information age for people's life style and learning style have brought great change,  constantly updated smartphone to make college students can more easily learn English, which accelerated the pace of reform of college English.It has become a very popular way of learning English after class.Thus my study may hopefully make some contribution in this direction.
