Title: On primary English Teaching and Reflection in contemporary China   

1、Literature Review
1.1The research situation of the Primary school English teaching 
    The importance of learning English seems to be no need to go further demonstrated,However,for a long time the primary school English teaching as there are serious and disjointed.     
    The day When the pupil entered the school,who learning English hardly . but we can see that who dares to speak and communicate in English . And a big part of teachers both inside and outside the classroom "action, slow of speech", they seldom aggressive and students to discuss and communicate with the language, the new standard for the achievement of the goal of English teaching is to no avail. English teaching takes more, but have little effect. 
Rigid or formalized way of thinking to dominate our education, although from the start elementary school English teaching is a wise choice, but no matter from when to start, or a problem that how to implement the education fundamentally, worthy of deep reflection today. Our educators need to reflect: reflect on English teaching in the teaching idea is out of style, to reflect on our teaching methods, whether conform to the requirements of the student's psychological reflection our teaching materials are used appropriately, we reflect on the teaching content is out of date.........
1.2The research status of the primary school English Teaching at home and abroad
1.2.1 Foreign Teaching Theory
     Foreign primary school education to the children's physical and mental development as the center, the goal lies in the application. When children learn a certain kind of knowledge, the first arouse their interest, and then on the basis of the interest for proper education. In America, for example: the teacher's purpose is to support and expand the students' ability, teaching students how to discuss the strategy, and practicing, lead them to a bit difficult to the text, make the teaching and learning of the two sides achieve clear and definite. Its main performance is as follows: attach importance to students' independent reading practice, emphasis on main body participation; Attaches great importance to the individual reading ability and interest differences; Teachers' leading role played ling from all causes, teachers lecture in class time is very limited, and the time for individual or group instruction guide time considerably more than the whole class.
1.2.2 Domestic Teaching
We can find that children learn in school all kinds of knowledge is very solid and strong, but them often ignore the value of their own independent thinking and creativity in Chinese primary school English teaching. The habitual passive accept from textbooks and authority, make the children lose the reiki to explore the unknown and the creation of new knowledge.
China's primary school English education compulsory component is overweight, parents, schools, social focuses on students' performance and results. Second, syntax and culture, traditional Chinese English teaching in China's English students test capability is strong, and the international cultural communication is quite weak
