企业信息设备装备率与利用率不对称状况研究
摘要：企业信息化研究是一个广阔的领域，企业信息设备装备率与利用率是信息化的一个重要方面。我国信息化建设起步较晚，在快速发展的过程中还存在着很多问题。其中信息设备装备率与利用率的不对称就是一个较严重的问题。我国企业信息设备装备率与利用率水平普遍较低，且利用率又与装备率极不对称，两者均远远低于世界发达国家的水平。这种不对称现状产生的原因是多方面的，包括企业内部管理者的重视程度、企业性质、制度等原因；也包括社会环境、信息系统等外部原因。针对这些原因，我们要采取不同的对策来解决，包括企业内部对策和外部宏观对策。

The summary :The studies of enterprise informationization is a piece of wide fields, and information rate that equips equipment and utilization ratio of enterprise is an important respect of enterprise informationization. The information construction of our country starts relatively late, a lot of questions exist yet while fast-developing. Among them the asymmetry of the rate that equips equipment of information and utilization ratio is a piece of serious problem. The information rate that equips equipment of enterprise of our country and utilization ratio level are relatively low generally, and utilization ratio is extremely asymmetric with the equiping rate, the two are far lower than the level of the developed country of the world . The asymmetric reason emerging in current situation is in many aspects, including reasons, such as the administrator's attention degree, enterprise nature, system,etc. inside the enterprise; Including outside reasons, such as social environment, information system,etc. too. The countermeasure against these reasons, we should adopt differently to solve it , including the countermeasure outside and inside the enterprise.

企业信息化是国民经济信息化的基础，是当前推进国民经济信息化的重中之重。伴随全球信息化浪潮，我国信息化进程正在不断向深度和广度双向推进，在宏观和微观两个层面双层深化。但是，我国的信息化建设仍处于起步阶段，尤其是企业信息化建设，仍存在许多有待解决的问题，我国企业信息化设备装备率与利用率不对称就是其中的一方面。
1、目前企业的信息设备装备率与利用率现状分析。
企业信息设备多种多样，国内外对于信息设备的范围界定也不尽相同，根据有关参考资料及被调查企业的实际情况，选择包括邮政、电话、传真机、多媒体、电子信箱、网络和Internet这八种典型信息设备作为调查对象，进行对其装备程度的研究。
1.1 大企业信息设备装备率与利用率现状。
通过上面八种典型信息设备的单项装备率得出企业的信息设备综合装备率，它等于企业的信息设备投资总费用与企业全部投资费用总额的比率。表1-1表明，从总体上讲，企业的信息设备投资是逐年增加的，然而信息设备装备率仍处于较低水平，与国外一些企业相比，差距达到上百倍甚至上千倍，这说明我国的企业还需加大对信息设备的投资力度，以求获得高效的信息载体。
